The skin-contact Albariño 2022 Maceración con Pieles has a bright golden color and a spicy nose with notes of cloves, fennel and yellow fruit, with pungent and persistent flavors. They pick the grapes late, and they are foot trodden. The wine matured in barrel for one year. It showcases the amount of aromas Albariño has in the skins, and it even gives some hints reminiscent of Moscatel. It has a dry texture, good ripeness and 13% alcohol. 1,320 bottles were filled in December 2023.
