Description
Eduardo Torres Quota Nave is a red wine that comes from a 0.5 hectare vineyard at 1,070 metres above sea level. The vines are 80 to 100 years old and are planted on sandy volcanic soils that are treated as true jewels, in a plot located on a mountain road called Nave.
Winemaker Eduardo has taken the indigenous vines that had been abandoned and restored them with completely organic work. He is in charge of creating his own wines of limited production, being quite meticulous in his cellars, trying the least possible intervention to elaborate wines like the wine Eduardo Torres Quota Nave, which is a quite fresh wine.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and taken to the winery, where they are fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeast, using a minimum of sulphur and without temperature control in concrete tanks.
The wine ages in foudres for 12 months with minimal racking to avoid carbon dioxide. Finally, with great care and following a fairly meticulous process, the wine is bottled.

Eduardo Torres Acosta Quota Nave is a smooth wine with penetrating aromas of red fruits, rose notes and hints of earth. On tasting, one can perceive the pure, juicy and generous sensation of a fresh wine with a deep flavour and a pleasantly mineral finish.
