For those who enjoy fresh, deep and natural wines, this white wine Camino de la Frontera produced by Laura Lorenzo of Daterra Viticultores, is undoubtedly the right one. We are talking about an aromatic mineral wine with a predominance of white fruit and herbaceous background that delights the most demanding palate.
It is a wine made under biodynamic processes, easy to harmonise, whose grapes are grown on steep terraces of difficult access with granitic soils, with a sandy-loam texture, which requires a titanic effort in the implementation of heroic agriculture.
It is a wine made from Malvasia, Verdejo and other white grape varieties, which are cultivated following biodynamic processes, on steep and steep terraces of Galicia.
At the winery located in Manzaneda, the grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed. They are then macerated with the skins for 4 days and the spontaneous fermentation process is carried out with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels.
The ageing process lasts about 10 months in chestnut vats of third use and French and American oak barrels of 500 litres of fourth use. Finally, the wine is bottled without filtering or fining, adding only the minimum necessary amount of sulphites and no other chemical additives.
It is a biodynamic mineral white wine that leaves a deep flavour and produces pleasant sensations in the mouth, thanks to its hints and aroma of reineta apple, as well as of the chestnut barrel. Aromas of grape and ripe pear are also perceived.
A white wine that stands out
This wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards over 130 years old, and its flavour and aroma clearly reflect the hard work involved in its production.
Accompany rice dishes, fish and seafood with this wine, which has fruity aromas and a balanced acidity, will delight your palate.
Experience it and try one of the best white wines you can get!
