Description
Clos Lentiscus Perill de Perills is a white wine made exclusively from Xarel-lo grapes by the Clos Lentiscus winery in Penedès (Catalonia).
These grapes come from vineyards planted in sandy and calcareous soils and have been cultivated on protected land in the Garraf Natural Park (Penedès), which guarantees the conservation of the environment.
The vineyards have been cultivated manually and no chemical products are added to them following the biodynamic method, in order to preserve their natural balance and maintain biodiversity.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation is carried out with local yeasts in amphorae. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 6 months on its lees in 300-litre amphorae. Bottling is done in an ascending moon and the wine is respected during the bottling process.
Taste
Clos Lentiscus Perill de Perills is a wine with a delicate fruity and floral aroma. In the mouth it is structured, unctuous, with a lot of freshness. A good example of balance between volume and delicacy.

In the gastronomic field it is perfect to enjoy with friends and as an aperitif, and can accompany white fish, spicy dishes, risottos, pasta and seafood.
