Description
Clos Lentiscus Cric Cric Blanc is a natural white wine made exclusively from the native Xarel-lo grape variety by the Clos Lentiscus winery in Penedès (Catalonia).
These grapes come from vineyards planted in sandy and calcareous soils and cultivated in the protected Natural Park of Garraf (Penedès) under the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
These vineyards are cultivated by hand and no chemical products are added to them in order to preserve the natural balance of the vineyard, helping to maintain biodiversity.
Elaboration
The grapes are harvested by hand, then directly pressed and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks where it spends 8 months. Finally, the wine is bottled without added sulphites.

Clos Lentiscus Cric Cric Blanco is a wine with intense fruity aromas. In the mouth it is fresh, pleasant, light and fruity, with a good acidity and very soft tannins. It has a style that is best enjoyed slowly, an organic and biodynamic wine!
