Description
Clos Lentiscus C'est La Vie is a white wine made exclusively from Parellada grapes by the Clos Lentiscus winery in Penedès (Catalonia).
These grapes come from vineyards planted in sandy and calcareous soils and cultivated in the protected Natural Park of Garraf (Penedès).
The vineyards are cultivated by hand and no chemicals are added to preserve their natural balance, helping to maintain biodiversity.
Elaboration
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts in amphorae. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 9 months in the same type of container and bottled in an ascending moon.

Clos Lentiscus C'est La Vie is a white wine with a delicate fruity and floral aroma. In the mouth it is a fine, fresh, elegant white wine with a delicate acidity that gives it a great richness and balance on the palate, a perfect white wine!

Clos Lentiscus C'est La Vie is a white wine made from Parellada. This is a variety of Spanish origin and is one of the finest white varieties of Penedès. An additional benefit is that it is marketed in a magnificent 1-litre bottle.
In the gastronomic field it is perfect to enjoy with friends and as an aperitif. It is also ideal with sushi, vegetable paella, red meat, white meat and vegetable preserves.
