Description
Clos Lentiscus Kikiriki Black is a natural young red wine made from Tempranillo and Cariñena grapes by the Clos Lentiscus winery in the Penedès.
These grapes come from 20 hectares of vineyards planted on sandy and calcareous soils and cultivated in the protected Natural Park of Garraf (Penedès) and following the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
Winemaking
The two varieties are harvested together at optimum ripeness. They are first gently crushed and then fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
The wine rests for 8 months. Finally, the wine is bottled without the addition of sulphites.
Taste
Clos Lentiscus Kikiriki Tinto is a juicy wine with fragrant aromas of red and black fruits and herbal notes. In the mouth it is pleasant, light and fruity, with a marked acidity and very soft tannins. It has a delicious style that melts subtly on the palate and will leave you wanting more.
