Description
Bérêche Coteaux Champenois Ormes Rouge Les Montées comes from the Grande Montagne de Reims region, specifically from Ludes Premier Cru "Les Monts Fournois". This delicacy is grown on an area of 0.25 ha, with vineyards that are an impressive 60 years old. These vineyards are located at an altitude of 113 m with a 5% slope. The vintage of this wine corresponds to the year 2020.
Winemaking
The terroir of this wine is truly special, with a deep soil composed of clay, lime and sand, which gives it unique characteristics. In terms of its composition, we are talking about a wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. Its elaboration process is meticulous and traditional: after a maceration of 8-10 days of destemmed grapes, the wine is aged under wood for 18 months. One detail that stands out is that it is bottled without any kind of clarification or filtration.

Antonio Galloni, a renowned wine critic, describes this wine vinified with 60% whole bunches as follows: it is a delicate and floral wine, which exudes purity in every sip. Its aromatic palette gives us notes of red and purple fruits, rose petals, lavender and a series of floral and herbaceous notes that culminate in a super expressive finish.
