Description

The wine Procura Vinhas Velhas Branco by Susana Esteban is a jewel that comes from the Alentejo region. This white wine is mainly made from indigenous varieties of old vines.

Winemaking

Fermentation begins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and then completes fermentation in used French oak barrels, which gives it unique characteristics and added complexity.

Taste

This wine is characterised by its austere nose, with notes of citrus and dry straw aromas. It is a mineral and extremely elegant wine. It offers an enormous complexity of aromas, being both elegant and concentrated. Its flavour is distinguished by a firm acidity and a tight finish, making it an excellent choice for those looking for a white wine with character and personality. It pairs perfectly with seafood, fresh grilled fish, white meats and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
