Description
Penevino Tanka Salina is an elegant, fresh and supremely drinkable red wine that comes from the anarchic genius of natural Sardinian wine, Gianfranco Manca, in the municipality of Nurri. This wine is made from a blend of local red grapes that macerate on their skins for several weeks. These grapes come from old vines located more than 700 metres above sea level, cultivated without the use of synthetic chemicals. In the winery, the only ingredient used is the grape, with nothing else added. Not even a small amount of sulphur is added. Fermentation is strictly spontaneous, with no filtration, clarification or stabilisation.
