The wine produced by Niepoort in the Zorzal winery in Navarra, the 2021 Drink Me Nat'Cool Navarra is a light red in search of the freshest, finest and most drinkable version of Garnacha possible with grapes from Fitero, the cooler zone of Ribera. It fermented in stainless steel with 30% full clusters and was kept in stainless steel for six months and a further nine months in concrete before it was bottled. It's light to medium-bodied and fresh, with moderate alcohol (12.3%), juicy, perfumed, floral, a little funkier than the initial 2020 and more characterful and vibrant. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2023.
