Description
Mestres Mas Vía is an exceptional cava, made from a precise blend of 65% Xarel-lo, 20% Macabeo and 15% Parellada. This wine is distinguished by its meticulous elaboration, in which the base wine is aged for a year in barrels, and subsequently, the second fermentation is carried out in the bottle with an ageing process on lees that lasts more than 14 years. This process gives the wine a unique complexity and elegance, resulting in a limited production of only 3,264 bottles. Recently disgorged, this cava shows impressive maturity and a perfect balance between freshness and subtlety.
