Description
Jouveaux Combarnier wine is an exquisite expression of French viticulture, specifically from the Burgundy region. This wine, a pure Chardonnay, comes from a vineyard located about 320 metres above sea level in Uchizy, characterised by clay and limestone soils. The vines, approximately 30 years old, bring a unique complexity and depth to the wine.
Winemaking
Jouveaux Combarnier is made using natural, sustainable and environmentally friendly methods. The grapes are directly pressed and the wine ferments spontaneously. It is then aged for a year in old wood foudres, which contributes to its distinctive flavour profile.
