There's more freshness and some citrus notes in the 2023 El Hombre Bala Albillo Real, in a slightly cooler year, when the wine has better balance and a little more alcohol (13.5%) but a sensation of more freshness and balance. In 2023, they noticed an improvement in their own vineyards (which represent around 50% of the volume, the rest are from local growers) after five years working organically (but not yet certified; they are in the process). They have increased the volumes here to 12,483 bottles. It was bottled in May 2024.
