The 2021 El Hombre Bala has a beautiful, clean and perfumed nose. They use 80% grapes of their own vineyards, fermented with 70% full clusters and matured in oak, foudre and vat, more and more in larger volumes. 2021 was a very good year, cool and serious, intense and balanced, with very fine tannins. This is delicious, among the best vintages for this wine, very complete, with a little more weight than the 2018. 28,154 bottles and 724 magnums were produced. It was bottled in December 2022.
