The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc spent 12 months on the lees in a mix of stainless steel eggs (23%), concrete eggs (12%), used oak barrels (33%) and new oak barrels (32%). A hint of pencil shavings accents the aromas of grapefruit, gooseberries and nectarines on the nose, while the medium-bodied palate is plump and slightly creamy, culminating in a long, mouthwatering finish.

Eisele Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a sublime expression of viticulture at its finest. This wine comes from the prestigious Napa Valley region, known worldwide for its high quality wines.
Winemaking
The wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blancgrapes. After fermentation, the wine was aged on its lees for 12 months in a combination of stainless steel eggs (21%), cement eggs (22%), used oak (30%) and new oak (27%).
Taste
Eisele Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc displays aromas of white musk, wild white peaches, guava and candied lemon. Upon aeration, fragrances of warm bread, vanilla and cardamom are revealed, intertwined with mineral notes of wet pebbles and basil leaves. On the palate, it is smooth, round and silky, with a structure that prolongs the wine into a long, creamy finish.
