Winemaking
Drappier Rosé Brut Nature benefits from a careful process that preserves its freshness and fresh red fruit aromas. The complete malolactic fermentation brings a perfect balance to this undosed wine. The cuvée is aged in stainless steel tanks, which helps to maintain freshness and clarity of flavours, and aged for 2 to 3 years in rhyme to develop its complexity.
