Like the Safrà, I found more intensity, more brightness and a more complete wine in the 2022 Parotet when compared with the 2021 vintage that I tasted next to it. It's a blend of 60% Arcos and 40% Mandó, and 50% fermented in stainless steel with malolactic and then all of the wine spent 12 months in 2,600-liter buried clay tinajas. It's clean, subtle and elegant, with purity and balance, tasty and long, with a dry and tasty finish. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in October 2023.
