Maduresa 2023
19.03₣ (Exc. VAT bot. 75 cl.) / Switzerland
Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The more classical reds, Maduresa and Alcusses, show a very fresh profile with intense notes of orange peel. The 2023 Maduresa was produced with a blend of 75% Monastrell, 20% Cariñena and 5% Arcos and fermented in stainless steel with 30% full clusters, then it matured in 225- and 500-liter French oak barrels for 12 months. It's perfumed and spicy, with notes of Mediterranean herbs, blood oranges and integrated oak. It has contained ripeness and very low alcohol, only 12.67%, with a pH of 3.62 and 4.75 grams of acidity. It is medium-bodied, fine-boned and balanced, with a dry, long and serious finish. It was bottled in December 2025.
