Features

Description

Cazé Thibaut Naturellementesis a sparkling wine produced in Châtillon-sur-Marne, a village located in Vallée de la Marne. It is a Blanc de Meunier in its entirety, as it is made from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes.

Winemaking

The must ferments with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine is stabilised with natural cooling but is not clarified or filtered. It then undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle with its lees for a minimum ageing period of 24 months. The final dosage is 1 gram per litre of sugar (Brut Nature).

Taste

Cazé Thibaut Naturellement initially surprises with singular and distinctive aromas of coffee, chocolate, and sweet and toasted notes. On the palate, it presents itself as a dry wine, with a lower aromatic intensity of chocolate and coffee, but with abundant toasted and roasted notes. These toasted aromas, far from being bitter, are pleasant and agreeable to the palate, providing a taste experience that invites repetition.
