Description
Barranco Oscuro Musk is a unique wine produced in the Alpujarra Granadina, Andalusia, by the renowned Barranco Oscuro winery. This white wine is produced with a single grape variety, Moscatel Morisco, and is characterised by its focus on organic viticulture and ancestral winemaking.
Winemaking
Fermentation is carried out spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, without the addition of sulphites and without fining, which maintains the purity and authenticity of the wine. The ageing process lasts 10 months, using oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, which gives the wine complexity and balance. With a limited production of only 500 bottles per year, Musk is an exclusive wine that reflects the winery's commitment to natural, high quality winemaking.
