Winemaking
Blend of red and white grapes vinified separately. Aged for 2 years in 400 and 500 litre used oak barrels for the Tempranillo and Listán Negro and in stainless steel tanks for the Vigiriega. Finally, the wines are blended and bottled without added sulphites.
