The 2023 As 2 Ladeiras shows the cooler year after the torrid 2022, with contained ripeness and 12.5% alcohol. It's a selection from grapes from the banks of the Bibei and Xares Rivers (hence the name, the 'two river banks' in the Galician language) on slate and gneiss soils, going back to the character of 2021, subtle and harmonious, vibrant and light, with elegance and superb balance. It's young but already shows complexity and nuance and the completeness of the vintage. 7,530 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2025 after 11 months in oak foudre and six months in stainless steel.
