Puro Rofe Juan Bello Tinto is made from Malvasía Volcánica, Diego and Listán Blanco grapes, selected from carefully cultivated vineyards.
Elaboration
After the harvest, the grapes undergo a process of maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to maintain the fresh aromas and flavours.
Once the fermentation process is completed, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for a specific period of time to soften the flavour and enhance its complexity. This wine is then bottled and left to settle in the bottle for a further period of time before being released to the market.
Taste
In terms of taste, Puro Rofe Juan Bello Tinto is known for its intense and complex flavour. This wine has notes of ripe black fruits, as well as hints of spice from the oak barrel in which it was aged. The wine has a balanced acidity and a long, lingering finish.
