Description
Les Vignes de L'Ange Vin Charme is a single varietal white wine, made from the extract of Chenin Blanc grapes. It is a wine with pronounced acidity, which expresses in each sip the particularities of the fruit, as well as the terroir from which it comes.
Like other wines from this winery, it is a wine that is made using artisanal techniques that ensure minimal intervention with the fruit, as the aim is to allow it to express itself spontaneously.
Winemaking
Les Vignes de L'Ange Vin Charme is a white wine made from the Chenin Blanc grape variety, grown and harvested using artisanal techniques that guarantee optimum ripening of the fruit.
After the grapes are harvested, they undergo a gentle pressing process to extract the must and then ferment spontaneously, using the fruit's indigenous yeasts.
After this phase, the wine is aged for 14 months and then bottled without filtering, clarification or the addition of sulphites.
Taste
Les Vignes de L'Ange Vin Charme is a very light white wine with citrus tones, but with an accentuated acidity coming from the fermentation process of the Chenin Blanc grape, balanced with some earthy nuances. On the palate it is dry and lingers for a long time.
