Le Coste Nini is an exquisite creation of the Le Coste winery in Gradoli, located in the Lazio region. This wine stands out for being made from a 100% Syrah grape variety, which gives it unique and distinctive characteristics.
Winemaking
Its vinification process involves a spontaneous fermentation with carbonic maceration that lasts for three weeks. Afterwards, it is aged in old 225-litre French oak barrels, where it rests for a year. It is important to note that no sulphites are added during this process, nor is any fining or filtration carried out, which guarantees the purity and authenticity of the wine.
