Description

La Bota de Grain Whisky 89 "Bota NO" comes entirely from malted cereals grown and subsequently distilled in Castilla la Vieja. Its age is around fourteen years, of which the last nine have been spent in a single vessel that previously belonged to a sherry solera of old dry oloroso of excellent quality. This is a sister cask to the one that gave rise to La Bota de Malt Whisky No. 66, only in this case it is a very fine Grain Whisky, so special that we could not miss the opportunity to bottle it.

It is a unique spirit, since the cask from which it comes has been emptied entirely for this saca. It has not been cold filtered and, following an unbreakable rule for Equipo Navazos, it has no aromatic additives, neither of sweetness or color nor of any other kind.
