I tasted three vintages side by side, and the 2019 Improvisació reflects a warmer year than 2018 but with more freshness and acidity than 2020. It has 12.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.13 and six grams of acidity (measured in tartaric acid per liter of wine). 2019 was a very complete vintage; it's harmonious and balanced, everything is in its place, and especially the texture shows a very compete wine from a great vintage with perfect ripeness and keeping the balance. Superb! 4,760 bottles produced. It was bottled in late May 2020.
