Lías Finas is a single varietal white wine made from Viura grapes by the Honorio Rubio winery. Both the vineyard and the winery facilities are located in Cordovín, where the family business has a series of plantations distributed throughout the town.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and the must, once extracted, undergoes a process of aging on selected lees of excellent quality, first in stainless steel tanks and then in oak barrels. In total, the process lasts at least 9 months.
Flavor
It has a smooth and structured flavor, while remaining light. Pleasant and ample in the mouth. It is a wine of balanced acidity, with permanence on the palate.
