It was interesting to taste the red 2022 El Mentridano next to the 2023; the 2022 is darker, riper and more concentrated, with 14.5% alcohol and a Mediterranean nose of berries, flowers and aromatic herbs. It has a medium to full-bodied palate, with more tannins. 20,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2023.
