Clos des Grillons Papillon is a French red wine from the Rhône region. It is made from Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grapes. This wine is renowned for its elegance and aromatic complexity.
Winemaking
The winemaking process begins with a careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Finally, after fermentation, the wine undergoes a prolonged maceration before being aged in oak barrels for 10 months.
Taste
