Description
Clos Lentiscus Núria Montònega is a sparkling wine made exclusively from the Parellada grape variety by the Clos Lentiscus winery in the Penedès DO.
This wine has been crafted from grapes that come from vineyards planted on calcareous sandy soils located in the Garraf Massif, which have been cultivated according to biodynamic farming practices.
Winemaking
Harvesting is carried out by hand once the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness. The grapes are pressed directly. In the winery, fermentation is started with indigenous yeasts in 55-litre demijohns and the fermentation is completed in the bottle.
Finally, it is left to age for 12 months on its fine lees.
Taste
Clos Lentiscus Núria Montònega is a natural sparkling wine with fine bubbles, spicy notes, citrus and floral aromas. In the mouth it has a good volume and is slightly salty with a moderate acidity.
