Description
The champagne Camille Savès Le Mont des Tours Grand Cru is a confidential cuvée, made exclusively with Chardonnay Bouzy Grand Cru grapes from a single plot where the vineyard is 35 years old. This wine is an unforgettable expression of the very marked characteristics of the Bouzy terroir.
Winemaking
The grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed to extract only the best must from the first pressing. The must is cold clarified before being transferred to oak barrels for the first fermentation, which is carried out without added yeasts or malolactic fermentation. The wine is left to settle on its lees for 7 months before bottling.
Finally, the wine is aged on its lees in the bottle for 3 to 4 years for a second fermentation and mousse formation. With a final dosage of 4 grams per litre of sugar, this sparkling wine is an excellent, high quality choice to enjoy on special occasions or simply to indulge in an exceptional wine.

This flavour profile is lifted and complemented by captivating aromas of apple, pear, lemon, orange, almond, hazelnut and chalk, creating a rich and complex tasting experience.
