Amor Per La Terra Cal Ros is a wine that reflects the dedication and passion of winemaker Marc Andreu. This wine is made from Xarel.lo grapes grown on the Cal Ros estate, located in the Serra de Montmell, Tarragona. The vineyards in this region are characterised by their chalky clay soil, which gives unique characteristics to the grapes and, therefore, to the wine.
Winemaking
The production of Cal Ros begins with a night harvest to preserve the freshness of the grapes. A short cold maceration with the skins is then carried out to extract the most intense aromas and flavours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, a process that enhances the purity and authenticity of the wine. In addition, the wine is not filtered or clarified, thus maintaining its integrity and natural character.
