Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
I tasted the June 2025 bottling of the NV Manzanilla Nave Trinidad, a young and unfiltered, 'en rama,' Manzanilla that is growing in volume. It is a good entry-level wine to serious Manzanilla, gentle and fun but with complexity and depth, pungent and with a dry, chalky palate. This could be around four years of age, but the solera is probably 200 years old, and that gives complexity and depth because it has traces of super old wines in the blend, so the average age is quite meaningless. This represents good value for money. 12,000 bottles per year in different bottlings, one per season.
