Description
Ve d'Avior Ses Gaies is a white wine made from Muscatel grapes, which is defined as an authentic and light wine, which expresses in its taste the naturalness of its elaboration technique.
Like the other wines of the Ve d'Avior winery, it is described as a wine with little alcohol in its flavour and very subtle on the palate. It is made using biodynamic techniques at every stage of the grape processing.
It is a white wine without ageing, which offers to those who taste it, an experience between elegance and freshness.
Winemaking
The production of Ve d'Avior Ses Gaies wine begins with the special treatment of the Moscatel grape, which is cultivated with techniques that ensure that the grape is in harmony with the surrounding ecosystem and can absorb the particularities of the land.
After reaching the optimum state of ripeness, the grapes are harvested by hand to ensure that they are at an ideal level when pressed in the winery.
The fermentation phase is carried out spontaneously, using the fruit's own indigenous yeasts. This process is carried out in stainless steel barrels. Finally, it is bottled, without undergoing any clarification or filtering process.
