While there’s some chardonnay character here on the nose (it’s 100% Chardonnay), with notions of lemon peel, some minerality, and wild herb aromatics, the medium-bodied 2011 Limoux Blanc Toques et Clochers Terroir Haute Vallee never really comes together on the palate and lacks balance and integration.
