The super pale and primary 2024 Viña Matalián, from six-year-old vines, is a young and unoaked white, not fortified, fermented with indigenous yeasts. It has notes of green apples and some citrus and balsamic tones. It's light and fresh, tender and easy to drink, with 12.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.1 and 5.2 grams of acidity. It was bottled in February 2025.
