The 2023 Godello Viejo fermented at low temperature in stainless steel and matured in a 4,000-liter oak foudre for 10 months with fine lees. It feels quite open with some notes of bruised apples and pollen and feels a little more oxidative and advanced. The palate feels better; it's balanced, with 13% alcohol, a pH of 3.4 and 6.5 grams of acidity. This is a bit of a question mark today. 21,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in October 2024.
