This wine is distinguished by its composition, a blend of Merlot, Garnacha Tinta and Muscat, which gives it a character closer to that of a red wine, although it maintains a lightness, beauty and saline flavour that make it deliciously attractive.
Winemaking
The elaboration of Mataburro Quartet is a carefully orchestrated process. The wine undergoes a semi-carbonic maceration, followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks. This method preserves the purity and freshness of its flavours. Fermentation is carried out exclusively with natural yeasts present on the grapes, a practice that reflects the commitment to natural winemaking. With an alcohol level of 12.5%, this wine is characterised by no additions, including no sulphites and no fining or filtration.
Taste
The flavour profile of Mataburro Quartet is an amalgam of fruity and floral aromas. Notes of candied red fruits stand out, intertwined with apple juice, which brings a distinctive freshness.
