He adjusted the amount of full clusters for the fermentation of the 2023 Selección Parcelaria to 30% in a gentler vintage that was still warm but with slightly better acidity. The wine is still young and primary, very fruit-driven, with subtle floral notes and a juicy and velvety palate, good ripeness and finer tannins. It fermented and matured in 500- and 224-liter barrels for one year, during which time the wine was racked every four months. 3,509 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2024.

Fermented and aged with indigenous yeasts and 40% stemmed grapes. Malolactic fermentation and ageing for 12 months in 650-litre foudres and single-use barrels.
