Description

Octo Anni is an exceptional cuvée that celebrates the art of ageing and patience in winemaking. It represents eight years of care and dedication, expressed in a bottle that captures the essence of a meticulous and passionate process.
This wine is presented under the Vin de France classification, establishing its distinctive character and origin.

Winemaking and ageing

Made from a meticulous selection of 100% Garnacha Tinta, this wine embodies the pure and authentic essence of this grape variety.
Grown on stony, clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 400 metres, this wine bears the indelible mark of its terroir, giving it a unique, mineral personality.
With an alcohol content of 18%, Octo Anni is an intense and deep wine, designed for lovers of pronounced and structured flavours.
Committed to responsible agricultural practices, this wine is the fruit of biodynamic agriculture and manual harvesting.
The winemaking follows a traditional approach, using indigenous yeasts and carrying out a 30-day maceration without the use of additives, guaranteeing the purity and authenticity of the wine.
Aged in foudres under velo flor for 8 years, a process that gives it a unique complexity and character. This wine was bottled remaining true to its approach of not using any additives during its production.

Taste

For a complete multi-sensory experience, we suggest enjoying this wine to the tune of Nina Simone's "Ain't Got No, I Got Life", a classic that complements the intensity and life that Octo Anni brings to every sip.
This wine is a living testimony to the passion for the art of winemaking, a tribute to waiting, to time and to life itself.
