The Jean Faux winery produces some of the best biodynamic wines in France, such as the biodynamic red wine Jean Faux Les Sources. Respect for the land is demonstrated at every stage of the cultivation process, which is carried out without the use of harmful chemicals.
Jean Faux Les Sources organic wine is made from Merlot and Cabernet Fran grapes. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in the cellar and the wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine is then bottled without the addition of sulphites.
