The white 2023 Iraun was produced with Viura, Calagraño and Malvasía Riojana from old vines in the villages of Elvillar and Laguardia from early-harvested grapes to keep contained ripeness and 13% alcohol. It has a pale color and a spicy and smoky nose with leesy notes from the fermentation and aging in 600-liter barrels and Austrian foudres. It has a tender palate with integrated acidity, clean flavors with some creaminess and spiciness but keeping the poise and balance. 3,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2024.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 months in clay jars and used French oak barrels.
