The NV Harmonie Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut has very nice purity with crushed coffee beans on the nose. It is elegant, fresh and very young on the palate, with firm structure and good minerality. This Champagne is pretty pure, lean and straight, but also elegant, with good grip and Pinot flavors. There are some gentle oak flavors in the finish. Lots of finesse, but a bit austere maybe. It does have a good finish.
