Description
Finca Genoveva Caíño Tinto is an outstanding wine of the D.O. Rías Baixas, produced by the Forjas del Salnés winery. This wine is produced with Caíño Tinto grapes from a plot of very old vines, some of them centuries old, worked for five generations.
Winemaking
Finca Genoveva Caíño Tinto is made in the traditional way, with fermentation in open barrels and ageing for 12 months in 1,500 litre foudres of French oak. This wine, which contains 12% alcohol, is known for its elegance and complexity, characteristics that have led it to be highly valued by critics.

Finca Genoveva Caíño Tinto stands out for its elegant and perfumed nose, with aromas of rose petals, herbaceous notes and hints of pepper.
