The new white 2021 El Jardín de la Emperatriz Blanco is pure Viura with fresh floral and fruit aromas with no oxidation; it fermented in concrete and was bottled after three months. It has moderate ripeness and alcohol at 13.4% and very good freshness. It finishes dry. 60,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2022.
