Description

Clos des Grillons Tavel is a rosé wine produced by winemaker Nicolas Renaud in the Rhone region of France. This wine stands out for its organic and biodynamic agriculture, which excludes the use of synthetic products and applies natural treatments. The vineyard, located in Rochefort-sur-Gard, covers 18 hectares and produces wines without additives, with a minimum dose of sulphur dioxide (less than 10 mg/l). The grape blend for this Tavel includes 60% Grenache, 15% Cinsault and 25% Clairette. The vinification process combines carbonic maceration and direct pressing, resulting in a wine ready for cellaring.
