The 2023 Ekam has a nose of a young Riesling, with contained ripeness and only 11.5% alcohol, keeping a low pH of 2.95, six grams of acidity, and 5.5 grams of residual sugar that offset the acidity. It has a nose with notes of bay leaf, a hint of diesel and abundant white flowers. It was kept in tank with lees for nine months. It should develop further complexity with time in bottle. 30,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2024.
