Description
Abel Mendoza Blanco Fermentado con Pieles is a white wine produced in the DOCa Rioja. This wine is made exclusively from the Malvasía grape variety and stands out for its distinctive orange colour, the result of fermentation and maceration with the skins for 25 days. This process not only gives it its characteristic colour, but also a unique complexity and intensity. The grapes are harvested by hand in the fourth week of September and malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with no sulphur added throughout the process. Production is limited, with less than 2000 bottles available.
